Customers can report any suggestions, indications or complaints to the company regarding deficiencies perceived or encoutered in the operation of the motorway or in the provision of services in the following ways: by letter addressed to: SATAP S.p.A. - Ufficio Rapporti con l’Utenza - Via Bonzanigo, 22 - 10144 Torino

• directly through toll collectors, completing a User Communication report
• by calling 011.91.41.511 and asking to speak to the User Relations Office

The company will respond to all justified complaints within 30 days from the recording date f the customer communication. If the investigation of the irregularity requires more time, the company will inform the customer within the above time period.
