Tickets


The relationship between customer and SATAP is documented at the entry point with the withdrawal of the ticket or through the acquisition of entry data by the Telepass equipment, the electronic system that lets you pay tolls without stopping.


Entry may take place at our own toll plazas or at those of other interconnected motorways, enabling motorists to travel continuously on motorways managed by different companies and make a single payment at destination.





The regular ticket contains a magnetic strip containing data on the entry station, the date and time and, depending on the type of tollbooth, the class of entry. These data are necessary for properly transacting the toll payment at the exit point.

In the case of a lost ticket, the Failure to Pay Report requires payment for the distance corresponding to the farthest interconnected station, pursuant to Article 176.16 of the Traffic Code.

In the "open" type of toll collection systems, where no ticket is issued, the contract is formalized by payment of the toll at the transit station that controls the motorway section in question. Please note that there are no toll plazas at Settimo, Brandizzo, Chivasso Ovest, Chivasso Centro, Chivasso Est and Rondissone.
